Frequently asked questions
Is this a certified digital signature?
No — this places a visual signature on the page, which is what most everyday paperwork requires (contracts, delivery notes, consent forms). It is not a cryptographic certificate signature; documents that require one usually say so explicitly.
Can I sign a specific page?
Yes. Use the page arrows above the preview to navigate to the page you want, place the signature there, and download.
Is my signature stored anywhere?
No. The signature is created and embedded entirely in your browser. Neither the document nor your signature is uploaded or saved anywhere.
Which signature method looks best?
Drawing with a stylus or finger on a touchscreen gives the most natural result. On a desktop without touch, typing your name in the handwriting font usually looks better than drawing with a mouse.
