Fill out a PDF form

Open a fillable PDF and complete its fields — text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns — right in your browser. Optionally flatten the form so the values become permanent. The document never leaves your device.

How it works

  1. Drop a fillable PDF into the box above — its form fields are detected and listed.
  2. Complete the fields you need; tick “Flatten” if the result should no longer be editable.
  3. Click “Fill & download” to get the completed PDF.

Frequently asked questions

It says my PDF has no form fields. Why?

Your PDF is not an interactive (AcroForm) form — it is probably a scan or a flat document that only looks like a form. Run scanned forms through the OCR tool, or use the Sign PDF tool to place text and marks visually.

What does “flatten” do?

Flattening converts the filled fields into regular page content: the values become permanent, cannot be edited, and display identically in every viewer. Recommended when submitting a final version.

Are my answers uploaded anywhere?

No. The form is parsed and filled entirely in your browser — sensitive data like IDs or bank details never leave your device.

Which field types are supported?

Text fields (single and multi-line), checkboxes, radio button groups, dropdowns and option lists. Signature fields are not fillable — use the Sign PDF tool for those.
